Butterfly Kisses

I sent butterfly kisses to all of you who have sent wonderful messages via mail and e-mail; care packages, dinner, and more.

Everything is going as well as it can right now. Rick is taking good care of me, I have a big stack of books and another of videos. And my personal chef!

By the way, visit Chopsticks and String for his take on my surgery -- written in my "voice" but far more clever than I could ever be!

I love my friends. Thanks for checking in and so much support. Thank you.

you are in my thoughts....and you should be thankful that you're not close enough for me to stop by with a home cooked meal...I suck at cooking and would probably end up bringing p.f.changs to you instead !!!

I'm glad you recommended PT for shoulders too. So many things get better with it. Most of just don't realize how much we hunch and keep tension in our shoulders and necks. PT has kept me from surgery when I can no longer have it anyway. Lots of work, but worth it.

Hope you get well soon!

Yay! So happy to see you here. That's always a good sign! Glad the hub is taking good care of you (along with Gypsy, I'm sure--they sure can make the heart go pitter patter). Enjoy your movies!!! xoxo

I'm just coming to meet you and I find you are in recovery. I'm so glad you have a lovely man to take care of you. And a cat to keep you company. I wanted to thank you for following Beth to my blog and for leaving a comment. It's nice to meet you.

Good to know you made it through the surgery ok and that Rick is taking such good care of you. Read his account on your other blog and found it very entertaining!! Maybe you two should collaborate on a book?

Never of heard of this pump thing you are talking about. Hope it is helping the pain and that you've got good drugs, too!

Good luck with the rehab. Sending healing vibes and well wishes!

Hi Jeannie!
I am terribly stressed out these days. That's why I didn't write sooner. But I've been thinking of you all the time. Glad your surgery is over and went okay. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!!!
