Looking for Me?

Looking for me? I'm playing!

So, if you are looking for me this week -- you'll need to look here.

Or maybe here.

Definitely here.

And without doubt, here.

I'll be here, too -- helping Rick at his trade show.

And then we'll be around here -- in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, not far from Boone, when we visit Rick's dad and his stepmom and enjoy the beautiful countryside!

Maybe we'll see some wonderful flowers, as we did on our last visit...

And I wouldn't mind if I could see these fellows again!

I'll reply to your comments soon! Meanwhile, there's a new post at Chopsticks and String, so check it out!

Hi Jeanie
Ooo I would just love to be stretched out on one of those deck chairs in the sun right now!

In New Zealand it's been a miserably bleak cold wet Wednesday in mid winter - brrrr!!!
How about we do a swap for a week?!!

Wish I could do exactly that. Show up and find you in a beach chair. Plop down beside you and have a nice long chat.

There they are! The red plastic bucket and the shovel I talked about in Galveston - The Light!
The technicolors of the beach - what wonderful photographs!

And I do have a bit of sand envy. As lovely and charming as Galveston is, the Gulf isn't clear and the sand isn't fine and white - too many rivers, too much of a different kind of geology. But we love it, and I know you're loving your vacation!

I can just about hear the ocean - so glad you're there having fun in the sun. (And in one of our old stomping grounds! We love NC, too, lived in Charlotte for four years, got to the coast for vacay and up into the mountains!) How perfect that Rick has family there!

These are great pictures - what a difference all that "oceanic" sun makes - colors are gorgeous.

Miss you! Bring back some stories. We love to see and hear your adventures and all the wonderful things you find!

(How's it going with the socks?)
