Merry Christmas 2021

From Christmases long past...

... when we went to bed with visions of sugarplums dancing in our heads...

 To those 24 years ago...

To Covid Christmas 2020...

The love and the joy is the same, and the memory bank expands with new joys.

See the world through the eyes of a child.

It doesn't fix everything.

But it helps.

Wishing you the merriest, a safe happy holiday and love and peace in the new year.

Merry Christmas, Jeanie! I had to chuckle a bit at Rick's covid hair in that one shot! And yes, I think I see that nativity scene. Have a great one! -Jenn

The very best of Christmases to you and Rick and Lizzie!

"Do not select the merriest of the three hundred and sixty-five for your doleful recollections, but draw nearer the blazing fire.

Fill the glass and send round the song!
And if your room be smaller than it was a dozen years ago,
or if your glass be filled with reeking punch,
instead of sparkling wine,
put a good face on the matter, and empty it offhand,
and fill another, and troll off the old ditty you used to sing,
and thank God it’s no worse."

- Charles Dickens

Merry Christmas Jeanie! What a beautiful collection of photos. Thinking like a child makes a big difference in viewing life. That is why I love reading children's fairytales from time to time.

Jeanie, love all the pictures. I see you had long curls too. My grandmother insisted that she do my hair up in rags so I could have curls like that. I hated it, but it sure looks cute on you! Hope you had the merriest of Christmases..xxoJudy
