Internet Messes!

I am in the no-phone, no Internet zone, flattened by killer headaches and frustrated as all get out!  I am not optimistic about the power of pie.

Looking forward to posting again and visiting you all soon! (At least the TV works -- Downton Abbey tonight!)

Get well soon and take a rest. You deserve it after all your hectic, holiday activity.

So sorry that your not feeling well and that your internet is acting up.
I think we all do to much during the holidays, so rest up and feel better.

Hi, Jeanie! Oh, no... so sorry about your internet woes! :( I very much sympathize, as I've been having a terrible time with my laptop since "upgrading" to Windows 10... even simple things like emails has been a headache... *sigh*... Hope we'll both be sorted of tech issues! And be feeling better soon! I'm slowly emerging from jet lag fog and Christmas glow... Looking forward to sharing another life-rich and creative year with you here! Wishing you & yours all the VERY best in 2016 and more... ((HUGS))

If you didn't already have a headache, I can understand how internet and etc. woes could give you one. They're just the worst. Here's a bulletin that will make you smile: I actually watched Downton Abbey for the first time, last night. It was a pleasant way to spend an hour, but I don't think I'm ready to crank it up from the beginning, to catch up with all those nice people.

Certainly not a happy place to be, so sorry you have a sick headache Jeanie. Hopefully you are feeling better this morning. Downton Abbey always takes us away with such beautiful costumes and scenery. Feel better soon and I hope all of your connections are up and running today.
Hugs to you………..

Hope you feel better soon, and also get your technology co-operating soon. Like you said, at least the TV works, which is something. Though I expect your headache means you can only watch it for so long before it makes your head hurt more? I know that's how it works for me...

I've been missing throughout the holidays and today I popped in to see you only to find you in distress. I hope you feel better soon, and I hope your internet/phone problems are resolved quickly. And don't discount the power of pie!!

Ugh, technology problems are the worst. I am inept when it comes to things like that and get so easily frustrated. hope your issues are resolved soon and that the headaches subside, too!!

Curl up with a nice warm cat and a TV until you feel better. Cat therapy works a treat, hope you're better soon.

Oh, gosh, what a welcome to 2016! (And you know, there's a Mercury retrograde showing up tomorrow... sounds like it was getting a head start with you.)

I'm so sorry to hear about this lingering headache. Please get all the rest you need, and if you decide abscond to Palm Springs, (or anyplace with sunlight and warm breezes) and curl up poolside with a book and an art project for the next month or so, believe me, we will all understand. Looking forward to sharing adventures with you in the year to come! xoxox

Oh, this makes me very sad and upset for you! Get better soon. Headaches are the worst. Do what you have to do to take care. Tea, pie, relaxation, and rest are the best, so is Downton Abbey. I hope you enjoyed it. I did. I thought it was just wonderful.

Maybe it just takes the right kind of pie?

I am not really a pie person, over all, but..........

I had my last piece of Cranberry-Walnut last Saturday. (The Bakehouse only makes it in November and December.) It is so good. Pie for breakfast at the Deli on Saturday is often the only desert I have all week. It's worth it. :-)

ps -- when they don't have cranberry-walnut, I may have their pecan, which is just as good. Mmmmmmm. The plain New York cheesecake is also very good. Is that pie?

Hoping the right kind of pie finds you soon, and you feel much MUCH better!

Headaches suck. Love my Excedrin.......

Wow, Jeanie, 60 books in one year? That is very impressive. And so wonderful! I would love doing that, too :)
I definitely need to come back to your list for recommendations. Thank you so much for sharing these with us :)
Have an amazing Wednesday!
