I recently participated in Karla's "Alice" swap -- she received hundreds of tags from around 80 participants and sent us each a book with six tags and a wonderful cover she created.
I loved the "Drink Me" bottle she sent along with each, so we could tie it on!
After I got my book, I added a couple of tags I had made while making others for the swap. None of my tags came back to me, so now I have some included in the book (below, the sepia one).
Many of the artists did not sign their books. I'm so sorry. But soon I'll be contacting those who did to say how much I loved your tag!
Some put quite lovely embellishments on theirs!
Which reminds me, I'm late! So enjoy the photos!

What a lot of fun that is. I just love the tag "it's always 6 o'clock". That always means time for a glass of Pinot Noir in my house. Wishing you a peaceful Easter xo
Wow! Look at all those fab tags! Looks like a fun swap.
Blessings!

Wow! All the tags look fantastic! I'd love to be able to see all of them in person.
What fun! This looks like a great way to exchange ideas and inspire yourself for future projects.
What wonderful tags!
Thanks for visiting Linderhof!
These are so cool! I wish I had been part of this, but it totally passed me by. Oh well.... I've got to get my focus back to important things!
Did you get to the movie this week?
These tags are just beautiful. I received mine too, and your gorgeous tag was in mine. I just posted them on my post. Thank you for creating such a wonderful tag.
So nice to meet you.

What luscious tags - this looks like a quality swap. I have been in a couple of tag swaps and love looking through them later for inspiration.
Great looking tags. And, very smart of you to keep some of yours to put in.
these are all so cute. i love Alice.
Interesting that they all seem based on the classic illustrations -- I don't detect any references to more recent illustrations or films. I guess our minds are filled by the original.
Thanks for all your comments on my posts...

What a fun swap to participate in.
I know what you mean about unsigned work and not being able to acknowledge or thank. When I swapped (way back when) I could never figure out why some people didn't sign their work. Perhaps it's just an oversight but if it is, it's a very common one.
Hi Jeanne-
Good to hear from you on my blog. You always write such thoughtful comments. I do appreciate the chance to think or see something from anothers point of view and very good news about Greg.
I love the old Alice illustrations and these tags are wonderful.

OH.MY.GOSH! ...I am drooling over that tag book! I recently closed my scrapbook store and now its all in stacks and stacks ALL over my basement and up the stairs, too. If I had been able to get to my supplies, I would have LOVED to have participated in this swap! I can't wait to see what you do next! until later...
Sharing the love in Bloglandia!
what fun that must be to sit and look over ... again and again!
it IS nice when artists sign their work, a date is always nice too for posterity :)

These are awesome. I never tire of the Alice theme. Such clever things people thought of and the color schemes and the...well, the actual "doing" of it. love it love it love it.
REally, could you come over and run a little workshop for Nory and me? HOnestly, I love this stuff and though I have things with which I might create them, I haven't a clue. You are awesome!
They have just turned out great and the little bottle is lovely. You lucky duck with all that fab work on your desk to pore over when you need a lift. Are you going to see the new movie?
