Who else has peonies? They are gorgeous. I also learned they bring in rather large ants. (At least, I hope it's the peonies bringing in large ants!)
I will be taking Pink Saturday off next week, and I'm not sure how many of you I'll get to visit this week, because I'll be in Paris! My first visit there, and I'm so excited I can't stand it! I'm hoping to post a bit -- no guarantees, and who knows about photos. But when I'm back, look for pink things -- and lots of other colors, too!
Paris!!! ooo you lucky thing you! It's been so many years since I've visited, hoping to return again some day!
ReplyDeleteYour peonies are gorgeous! Ours here in Virginia are already past!

ReplyDeleteWould you believe - I actually did Pink Saturday at midnight last night. Totally too late to make the list but now I know the rules.
Peonies I do not have. I'll need to get some to add to the garden. PRETTY
I bought peonies yesterday! And, yes, they are pink! I love them.
ReplyDeleteYour peonies are stunning! I wish I could tag along on your trip to Paris. I've always longed to visit there. Happy Pink Saturday and enjoy your trip!

Beautiful and fun Pink Saturday blog entry! It's a little gloomy outside today (hope the sun comes out) but your blog and a little cup of tea are giving me a little sun!

Happy Pink Saturday. Sending you good wishes from the tip of Michigan for a special weekend filled with sun, surrounded by those you l♥ve.
happy pink saturday, thanks for sharing!!! have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteI've even seen peonies in the stores this year as cut flowers. In Nebraska they always bloom right around Memorial Day so we used them on graves for color and remembrance. I was surprised to see them being sold for a l lot of money in the stores, but they did/do look exotic.
ReplyDeleteOh, I can hardly wait to see the loot from Paris.
Peonies are some of my favorite flowers. These are just beautiful! I got a chuckle out of your blog banner, the world of an orange cat and his "person." hahahahaha! Being a cat lover myself I have to appreciate that.

Peonies are one of my favorites. I am now lamenting the dying of my peony bush, which brought so much color and a wonderful smell to the garden.
ReplyDeleteOh Paris... (sigh)... Bon Voyage, and looking forward to all the photos you can share when you come back!
ReplyDeleteParis! Wow - what fun! Looking forward to seeing some pictures! Love your pink flowers. Pink hugs!
