For you, something sweet.
Something fragrant.
Something pretty.
Something creative.
Something to make your heart smile.
I hope everyone is as lucky as those who will receive the flowers these three strangers chose!
May you be surrounded by the beauty of flowers...
And may this day -- and every day -- be filled with love.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day, Jeanie! I hope you have lots of beautiful flowers.

Happy Valentine's Day! Lovely photos. I'm impressed you went out today to take the Horrock's photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you! And same to you, I'm sure. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh yes, the flowers are beautiful, but boy do those cookies look good.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day to you.
Hi Jeanie, I'm in Denver and on the way down we stopped at a Whole Foods. I had to smile at guys of all ages picking out bouquets. I wish you joy and much love on Valentine's Day and every day.
ReplyDeleteOh Jeanie, the flowers....how I love them. I hope you had a great day! Anita
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your gorgeous blooms.
ReplyDeleteAwww, such a sweet post! I hope you had a very happy Valentine's Day! Love all the flowers and now I'm craving some of those cookies! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the cookies more than flowers :) nah, they should come together for total sweetness. I love observing people on Valentine's Day. It is so heartwarming to see people smiling, happy, giggling, hugging. Flower shops are packed with customers, boys are either anxious or confused which flower to buy. Adults and some seniors too are seen on jewelry shops trying to grab something for their special ones, teenagers are limited to card sections. It always make me smile seeing people do that. :)
ReplyDeleteI just bet you had a lovely St. Valentine's Day Jeanie. Such pretty treats and flowers. Fun photos watching others pick out flowers for their Valentine's!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week, stay warm.
Happy belated Valentine's Day, Jeanie! A lovely, colorful post that's a valentine to the spirits!
ReplyDeletethank you!
ReplyDeletemunching a cookie while surrounded by lovely bloomers
is heavenly (and those create your own bouquet barrels of flowers are pure joy to see
and savor).
a million shades of love to you,
Jennifer
I hope your valentine's day was great, Jeanie. It passed me right by, because I was passing a good time at Mardi Gras in Louisiana. No - not New Orleans. A Cajun country Mardi Gras. For me, it was better than cookies and flowers!
ReplyDeleteTrust you've had a marvellous Valentine's weekend, Jeanie. With all the elaborate decorations, baking, flower arrangement, arts and crafts... it should last a bit longer than one day. A convivial post you have here, very rosy and colourful.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU, Jeanie!! :o) ALL those flowers... *swoon*... I'm sure you have a LOVELY and LOVE-filled weekend! ((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteJeanie,
ReplyDeleteI hope your Valentine's Day was very happy.
Thanks for the wonderful Valentine Jeanie. I haven't been on the computer since early Sat. AM. I pray that you and Rick had a great day. Love to you both.
ReplyDeleteI'm certain that you had a great Valentine's Day! Thanks for the pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh that was so lovely! It warmed my heart when a lad walked past the house early on Valentine's morning with a bunch of red roses and a box of chocolates. He must have been all of 16. So sweet! Your pics of men choosing flowers reminded me of him.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos, and what beautiful roses! I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day. Big hug, Jeanie! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day. I hope there was love and peace on your day.

Happy belated Valentine's Day! I was without internet for a couple of days, and then had company for a couple, so I'm playing catch-up. Beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteHappy belated Valentine's Day back to you! I hope that you and Rick had a special day! We didn't do any sort of exchanging of gifts or anything like that but we did have a really fun day together exploring the Santa Barbara area!
