Someone is waiting!

 Someone...

 And I'm not saying who...

But someone is waiting for Christmas!

(And the tree, miraculously, is still standing!)

  1. What blessings you have this holiday, Jeanie: a beautiful new feline companion AND an upright tree! She's such a good girl! (I'm still trying to screw up the courage to put our Christmas tree up this year given our athletic and adventurous new kitty!)

  3. Someone is ADORABLE!! Those are great pictures! I can't believe Christmas is just a week away. I remember it taking FOREVER to come when I was a child, and now it's almost here. Yikes! I feel ready giftwise, but it doesn't feel like it should be Christmas next week!

  4. Jeannie, one wonders for how long this tree will stand... I don't know but someone is looking mighty mischievous.

  7. Oh Jeanie, I love the way she is settling in and becoming comfortable with posing and enjoying the camera. Gypsy is working his magic from kitty heaven.

  11. We know the truth, don't we? She's sitting there remembering that Santa Cat is on the way! I wouldn't be surprised is Dixie sent her a copy of the carols - I know she mentioned Lizzie in this year's version of them!

I don't know how far north the snow will get, but it's pretty clear some folks in the midwest are going to get swacked. With luck, you'll have a white Christmas. Maybe we will, too - it's happened once, and I got to see it!

  19. How very sweet she is. Absolutely delightful.
    And such a good girl.

Millie stays away from our tree too, but she is not allowed into the Christmas room on her own, just in case!
